This is a great opportunity to prepare for your exams. Instructors are subject matter experts and will be available to answer any questions before you take your written exams.
Exam prep course attendees will receive a printed study guide, along with continental breakfast and lunch.
Field Exam Experience
Join us for a guided tour of the SPFA PCP Field Exams and see firsthand how the exams are conducted.
No registration required. Conducted in both English and Spanish for all three days.
Written Exams
Set aside time to take your written exams. All exam levels will be offered. SPF Assistant, Installer, and Master Installer exams are also available in Spanish.

Field Exams
SPFA PCP field exams are not training events. You must already know how to spray properly and have at least 100,000 bd ft or sq ft of spraying experience to take a field exam.
You should come prepared to demonstrate skills you have already mastered. Each individual will have 4 hours to complete their field exam.
To become certified as a Master Installer, you must:
- Pass the 3-part Master Installer Exam, which consists of the SPF Assistant, Installer, and Master Installer written exams
- Have 500,000 bd ft or sq ft of spraying experience
- Pass a field exam (an over-the-shoulder evaluation)
