Your Booth includes:
Each inline booth includes a 8’ back drape and a 3’ dividing drape. It will also include a 7” x 44” identification sign.

Show Hours:
Tuesday, March 24, 2026: 12:00pm - 5:00pm

Rental Fees Include:
- Six (6) complimentary “Exhibit Hall Only” VIP passes for current
or future customers. These are not to be used by your company employees. - Complimentary Full Convention passes include all sessions, breakouts, and receptions. Certification courses NOT INCLUDED.
- Professional (digital) booth photograph provided post-event. (upon request)
- Complimentary listing in the Sprayfoam Professional Magazine, Sprayfoam Pro Newswire, and SPFA Website
- Detailed on-line Exhibit Services Kit.
- 24-hour security in the Exhibit Hall during setup, throughout Expo, and tear down.
- Daily cleaning and maintenance of aisles and common areas.
- Lead Retrieval App can be purchased prior to the show and onsite.

SPFA has negotiated discounted rates for attendees:

- Reduced Resort fee of $30. Resort fee includes internet (excluding the convention area), fitness center, complimentary parking, complimentary shuttle bus service to the 'Las Vegas Strip', and more
Note: All rates are based on single/double occupancy and do not include current 13.38% applicable Clark County Room Tax, which is subject to change.

Please email the hotel at: WGLVGroupRes@wgresorts.com. Include the dates and number of rooms per day and they will respond in 48 hrs or less with instruction on setting up your room block.
EXHIBITORS
Each booth comes with a certain number of Full Convention passes and Exhibit Booth Personnel passes. Full Convention passes gives the holder access to the general session, breakout sessions, and expo hall. Exhibit Booth Personnel passes gives the holder access to the exhibit hall for set-up, expo hours, and tear-down.
GUEST PASSES
Each booth comes with six (6) Expo Hall Only passes you can give out to your current or future clients. The discount code is EXPOVIP.
Note: the code will only get the expo hall for free
Exhibitor Promotional Opportunities
Quality points are calculated by adding all concurrent previous year's booth space footage, and dividing that total by the anniversary year number of the current show. If a year is missed, calculations begin anew in the year the exhibit space is leased. When a company is acquired or purchased by another exhibiting company, priority points of the purchasing and acquiring company combine.

As an exhibitor, you've already invested in your presence, and an SPFA sponsorship helps get an even bigger return. By becoming a sponsor, you put your brand directly in front of 2,500+ attendees and key decision-makers you need to connect with.
Gold, Silver, and Bronze opportunities are available, along with lots of ala carte items.
There are several ways to earn more priority points:

- Gold Sponsors earn 5 additional priority points
- Silver Sponsors earn 3 additional priority points
- Refer Contractors (NEW): Our new Supplier Referral Program, SPF companies will earn 10 additional Exhibitor Priority Points (for 2027) for every new contractor member they refer. There is no limit to the points you can earn, so start referring today!
